Caitlin Kunkel is a funny writer, teacher, and speaker. Her work has been featured in The New York Times, The New Yorker, McSweeney's, on public radio, for tech companies, and across the vast internet. She’s represented by Susan Raihofer at David Black.
She’s the co-founder of the comedy site The Belladonna and the Satire and Humor Festival, created the online satire writing program for The Second City, and teaches workshops across the US and internationally.
Her first book, NEW EROTICA FOR FEMINISTS, was named one of the 10 best comedy books of the year by Vulture. Her second book, INSIDE JOKES: A COMEDY AND CREATIVITY GUIDE FOR ALL WRITERS, co-written with Elissa Bassist, will be published by Grand Central in January 2026.
